Student Lifecycle Support is a department of the Center for Teaching and Learning Services at RWTH Aachen University. The main focus is the support of software and processes concerning Student Lifecycle Management. For this reason, the SLB is divided into three teams, who work with the planning tool carpe diem!, in the studies and teaching process management, or in the SLCM office.
