Studies and Teaching Process Management
"Who does what, when, how and with what?" – that is the key question in process management. RWTH Aachen University has established the Studies and Teaching Process Management as part of student lifecycle management and teaching quality management.
Do you have the impression that your tasks should be easier and quicker to solve? Or when colleagues are absent, the first thing you do is puzzle over what needs to be done? The agreements between departments or other organizational units are vague? Then good process management could be the solution.
